  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days upon receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM (IST) or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If there is any delay in processing your order, you will be notified via email or phone.
  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order, the destination, and the shipping method selected at checkout. These charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed.
  1. Shipping Locations
  • We currently ship within the India and to select international locations.
  • Orders for international destinations may take longer to deliver, with typical shipping times ranging from 2-3 business days, depending on the country and customs clearance processes.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. Midiron Foods is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
  1. Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
  • We deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses within the U.S. Delivery times may be extended for these addresses.
  1. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package online through the carrier’s website, and the tracking details should be available within 24 hours of shipping.
  1. Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages
  • If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please check the tracking information first. In case your shipment is lost or delayed, contact us at care@midironfoods.com/09810560504, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Midiron Foods is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
  • We take extra care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at care@midironfoods.com /09810560504 with details of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.
  • For incorrect or missing items in your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can correct the mistake.
  1. Shipping Address Changes
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. If you need to make any changes, contact us as soon as possible at care@midironfoods.com/09810560504. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changes to the address can be made.
  1. Perishable Food Items
  • Since we specialize in perishable food products, we take extra care in shipping to ensure your items arrive fresh. To prevent spoilage, perishable items may be shipped with ice packs or insulated packaging, depending on the product and destination.
  • We recommend being available to receive the package upon delivery to avoid leaving perishable items exposed to unsuitable temperatures for extended periods.
